Gary Dean was born in Nebraska and grew up in Seoul, South Korea. When his Dad was hired as the Hospital Chaplain at Good Samaritan the family moved to San Jose. He was valedictorian speaker of his graduating High School class and went on to earn a distinguished degree in Rhetoric (Business Communications). After an MFA from NYU, he moved to L.A. to work as writer for television shows like Pictionary, Hollywood Squares, and Supermarket Sweep. In 1999, after buying a 4-unit property, Gary Dean decided to pursue Real Estate full time. Prudential California has cited Gary Dean numerous times for outstanding production and CEO Steve Games singled Gary Dean out as the 2001 Rising Star for all of Studio City. Traci was born in Pennsylvania, but moved constantly since her dad was in the Air Force. Traci went to school in Bloxham, England until the 11th grade when her family settled down in the San Fernando Valley. She still loves to go back to England to stock up on decent tea. Traci's experience in real estate began 20 years ago with a small company Harleigh Sandler/Rodeo Realty. Traci then spent 12 years as a paralegal specializing in real estate law and civil litigation before returning to real estate, initially with Coldwell Banker in its Pacific Palisades and Encino offices, then 2002 to Paramount Rodeo Realty and in 2004, Gary Dean and Traci teamed up (both personally and professionally) at Prudential California Realty in Studio City. Their 2 Realtor approach allows them to offer the highest client care and service. For the years 2004 through 2010, Gary Dean and Traci have been recognized as members of Prudential's President's Circle and Chairman's Circle, placing them in the top percentile of all Sales Professionals within the Prudential Real Estate Network nationwide. Gary Dean and Traci have ranked consistently as TOP TEN agents in one of the highest grossing Real Estate offices in the country. Gary Dean and Traci also keep busy buying and selling their own properties and rehabilitate distressed homes with a track record for finding value properties, making cost effective upgrades, and then selling at top market dollar. They are especially proud to utilize these skills in the service of our Real Estate clients. Approximately 85% of our clients are from personal referrals. Since 2008, Gary Dean and Traci have represented US Bank in the Los Angeles Area in prepping, monitoring and marketing their bank owned properties. Gary Dean and Traci have a great track record for listing and closing short sales, knowledge of the HAFA program, as well as helping our buyers in finding and buying short sale properties. Gary Dean and Traci currently live in a lovingly renovated 50's Spanish in Valley Glen with their "Yorkshire Terror" Tiffany and New Yorker Cat Lena. They call their house style "Cowboy Modern" but are ready and waiting to help you find your own style! |
